1. The trainee is not permitted to study unless pays the fees in full.
2. The trainee is committed to the student’s disciplinary behavior and the center holds the right to suspend him in case of anti-behavior.
3. The trainee is committed to properly use the furniture, equipment and tools within the center and he must be responsible for the damage’s cost.
4. The trainee has the right to be refunded in case of:
– The placed course is not available.
– A withdrawal a week prior to the course commencement.
5. 50% of the course and transportation registration fees are deductible if the trainee withdraws five days after the course starts.
6. The trainee has no right to withdraw nor be refunded after the first five days of the course.
7. 170 RAS is to be paid for the second schoolbag.
8. In case the trainee has failed to pass; he will be granted a 50% discount for a recourse within three months from the date of the course’s end.
9. The trainee must commit to attend in accordance with the timing fixtures set for the courses no less than 80% of the study’s set hours. In case the absence exceeds the given duration, the trainee will be denied entering the course and thus the certificate.
10. If the trainee does not obtain his certificate within a period of three months post course end, he will have no right to claim the certificate (which is accredited by the Ministry of Education).
11. The trainee has no right to claim a refund in case of discontinuation.
12. The trainee has no right of continuity in case of discontinuation or suspension for three months from the end of course date.
13. If the trainee discontinues for more than two months, he will be reassessed.
14. In case of withdrawal from the offered packages, courses fees will be resumed in the basic form.
